At ELEGOO US, we stand behind the quality of our 3D printers and electronics; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate a Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and detailed photos of the item and its original packaging.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original box including all accessories and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned hardware for functionality and completeness, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
